Job Description
We are looking for an individual that has a deep understanding and experience to provide Analytical solution for internal organizational use. The successful candidate will help us establish organization with value network. He/she will report to IT Service Manager and work closely with business stakeholders and service providers.
It is opportunity to extend experience on businees analytics area & project support task, working with different stakeholder globbally and gain possibility to grow with green energy industry leader
How you wil make an impact:
- Requirement management: Work with business to collect, elicit and document the reporting and analytical requirements. Maintain the requirements backlog in relevant tool;collaborating with the business stakeholders to identify, manageand document the application requirements;
- Documentation management: Participate actively to product documentation
- *Tech team collaboration: *Work closely with technical team to ensure that they have a clear understanding of requirements, data sources and data flows;
- Stakeholder collaboration:
- *Suporting function: *Support Project Management / Service Management within project delivery. Support development team during development / deployment process. Be a support for support team in resolving complex issues;
- Stakeholder communication: Maintain regular contact with business stakeholders to anticipate future needs for analytics.

Your background:
- *Education & experience: *min. Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or alternatively relevant working experience. Strong ownership and leadership demonstrated with a success track over previous assignments.Practical knowledge of application and/or service management concepts and standards preferably confirmed by an industry recognized certification (ITIL).Working experience with designing meaningful reports.
- *Work approach: *High sense of responsibility and commitment. Systematic approach and business-oriented mindset combined with good articulation skills. Self-driven personality. Willing to continuously develop, upskill and obtain new competence;
- Soft skills: A problem solving attitude and ability to effectively work and organize work without supervision. Team player mindset with high degree of intercultural awareness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills: present and report activities clearly and effectively.
- *Language skills: *Fluent English is a must.
