A Day in the Life of Our Senior Rendering Engineer:

Our hybrid schedule

Our global hybrid model allows employees to work remotely two days per week. Our designated In-Office Days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This is when we come together in-person as a team to collaborate, learn from one another, and accelerate innovation. Some exceptions apply.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Seasoned Expertise: Min. 5 years experience in software development.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong C++, C#, and shader languages like HLSL and GLSL.
  • Experience with rendering APIs: DirectX 11/12 and OpenGL/WebGL.
  • Rendering: Deep understanding of real-time rendering techniques and GPU architectures.
  • Strong mathematical skills: Linear algebra, vector math, and transformations.
  • Modern Techniques: Demonstrate your proficiency in modern programming techniques and patterns, showcasing your adaptability and innovation.
  • Optimization Acumen: Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools like PIX, NSight, RenderDoc.
  • Cross-Platform Expertise: Showcase your capability in writing efficient, compact, and cross-platform code, ensuring our solutions are accessible and versatile.
  • Algorithmic Fluency: Exhibit a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures, with hands-on experience in complexity analysis.
  • Modular Design: Highlight your expertise in designing and implementing modular, easily extensible solutions that pave the way for future growth and development.
