This role supports a California-based initiative focused on digital transformation in the home mortgage sector. You will contribute to a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery team, working closely with digital product managers, designers, and engineers. The project involves building and enhancing mobile/web applications, particularly for loan application and enrollment experiences.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital software development environment. Experience writing requirements for both frontend (mobile/web) and backend systems. Strong understanding of data flow, system integrations, and microservices-based architecture. Hands-on experience working with JIRA and Confluence. Excellent communication and facilitation skills to act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. English level: B2 or higher.
