We are currently looking for a Team Leader Sample Build to join our team.
Position responsibilities:
- Management, leadership and continuous coaching of samples building team
- Organization of prototype samples building process and operations
- Planning and operational management of the samples building process performance for timely and quality samples delivery
- Development and implementation of new prototype samples building processes, equipment and infrastructure systems
- Development, optimization and improvement of the samples building process and equipment
- Continuous collaboration with all departments involved in the prototype samples ordering, process quality, delivery and process development
- Organization manufacturing of supporting components and gadgets for Test Laboratory departments
- Maintenance of the sample building, measurement and infrastructure equipment and systems
- Management of the Test Laboratory storage and logistics
- Personal execution of operations in samples building processes
- Operation with modern laboratory and test equipment
- Work with specific internal manufacturing and testing software and platforms

Position requirements:
- University degree in Engineering - Mechanics, Electrical, Automation or Electronics
- Min 4 years work experience in Sensata Technologies
- Min 3 years work experience on Engineering position in Test Laboratory or in department with direct working collaboration with Test Laboratory
- Experience in operation with laboratory, research and/or manufacturing equipment
- Flawless computer skills: MS office, engineering and data processing applications, equipment control software
- Upper-intermediate level in command of English language
- Good ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- Ability to hold self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
