• Proven experience in IAM architecture and implementation in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos).
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and identity-centric security models.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer, Okta Certified Professional) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable IAM architectures including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and governance.
• Lead the implementation of IAM technologies such as SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity federation.
• Define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling related to identity and access.
• Integrate IAM solutions with cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM) and on-premise systems.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure IAM controls meet regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
• Provide technical leadership in IAM-related projects and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor and respond to IAM-related security incidents and audit findings.
