The language services team within ICON is seeking highly skilled and experienced COA Project Manager to oversee projects related to COAs The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise in TMS & CAT tools, and experience in translation and localization.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of COA projects, ensuring alignment with Industry standards & regulatory requirements,
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and technology specialists, to define scope, timelines and deliverables
  • Managing relationships with language services providers and translation vendors,
  • Developing detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, while monitoring progress to ensure successful COA project outcomes,
  • Facilitating communication and stakeholder engagement to promote collaboration and address any project-related challenges.
  • Staying current with Industry trends and advancements in patient care technologies to drive innovation and improve project deliveries.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in life science, linguistic project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred,
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in COA/translation project management, clinical research, translation and localization,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills with a focus on achieving project goals and timelines, with high quality standards
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all project-related activities.
  • Fluency in English is essential, any additional language would be a strong asset
  • Strong technical skills, familiarity with translation management systems and CAT tools,
  • Quality oriented and problem-solving abilities
