As an Account Manager on our team, you will:

  • Field support tickets
  • Triage customer questions on application status, exceptions, and reevaluations
  • Rectify credit issuance and billing issues
  • Provide program overview and proper routing to Google FTEs regarding field questions

  • Full-time 39h/week temporary contract: Rotative shifts between Monday - Sunday, 09:00 - 20:00
  • Salary offer: 19 054,52 euros/gross yearly + up to 4 000 in bonus euros/gross yearly and private medical insurance
