• Design Strategy & Alignment: Align closely with Product Managers and Engineering Teams on all UX activities and deliverables, spanning the entire discovery-to-delivery phase.
  • Concept & Creation: Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma to translate user needs, business, and technical requirements into intuitive designs.
  • Research & Iteration: Plan and execute various user research activities (e.g., interviews, usability testing) and iterate designs based on research findings and insights.
  • Collaboration & Handover: Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of design concepts and prepare final design specifications and handovers within project timelines.
