Team Leader - Inside Sales With German

As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.

We are looking for Team Leader – Inside Sales to join Global and Strategic Accounts Sales Office based in Gdansk.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and motivate the Inside Sales team while fostering individual development and team growth
  • Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base
  • validate EOL (End of Life) and item class change (NCNR), negotiate pricing and Quote mark up (owns strategy and application) and notify customers of all/any price increases
  • Plan and deliver training sessions, performance reviews, and development initiatives in collaboration with the Sales Manager
  • Set clear sales targets and actively support the team in achieving them
  • Coordinate sales projects and ensure deadlines are met
  • Conduct sales analysis and prepare regular performance reports
  • Drive regional growth and maintain strong relationships with key customers

  • Previous leadership experience or strong motivation to take the next step into a leadership role
  • Contributes to process improvements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong command of both German and English (spoken and written)
