Due to our ambitious growth plans and the need to scale our multi-region infrastructure, we are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team on-site in Poland, Gdansk. This is a mission-critical, technical ownership role where you will be the primary 'go-to' technical expert for our IT systems and employee-facing infrastructure across our offices in Warsaw, Gdańsk, and Prague (CZ). You won't just be reacting to tickets; you'll be actively driving the stability, security, and scalability of our workplace technology. You will dedicate a significant portion of your time to proactive engineering, systems optimization, and contributing to strategic infrastructure projects.
