This is a consultancy project in the Banking sector focused on Testing and Migration Services for operations preparations. The role involves working on operations-related process flows, particularly for retail payments, service desk tool configuration, and operations reporting.

Draft, review, and present operations-related process flows, preferably related to retail payments

Create process visualizations using specialized programs (e.g., Visio)

Configure and maintain Service Desk tools including ticketing systems and monitoring tools

Develop operations reporting frameworks, dashboards, and visualizations for business monitoring and reporting

Apply ITIL 4 framework principles to operational processes

MUST

5+ years of hands-on experience in test and migration operations

Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing and presenting operations-related process flows, preferably related to retail payments

Experience in using programmes to visualize process flows (e.g. Visio)

Knowledge of Service Desk tools such as ticketing tools and monitoring tools, with hands-on experience in configuring relevant tools

Expertise in operations reporting, creating dashboards and visualizations for business monitoring and reporting

Advanced knowledge of ITIL 4 and related certifications

Business fluent English language proficiency

Banking domain knowledge

Strong communication skills and capability of taking initiative

NICE TO HAVE

Experience working with financial institutions in regulated environments

Familiarity with compliance and background verification processes in the banking sector

Additional ITIL certifications beyond ITIL 4 Foundation
