Overview:
Professional Services Operations is a team driven by making the business run as smoothly as possible for our stakeholders through streamlined processes, effective tooling, and great data. Over the next year, we will transform the Professional Services data infrastructure with consistent, accurate, and real-time data insights. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead the design and build of our new reporting infrastructure needed to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will focus on the development of an end-to-end solution with a back-end data warehouse (Snowflake) and front-end solution for self-service, real time data insights and visualization via dashboards and reports (Tableau). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for uncovering trends and opportunities through data.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with our IT team to design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines in
- Create and maintain compelling and interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to support business units using data from across a number of tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and SuiteProjectsPro (OpenAir).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational and strategic improvements.
- Assist with data preparation and analysis for regular business reviews and exectutive presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Design resolution options for identified data integrity issues.
- Optimize SQL queries and data workflows for performance and scalability.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake.
- Strong expertise in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
- Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience crafting self-service, sustainable solutions that provide insight to end-users
- Familiarity with drafting, road mapping, developing a plan of action/effort, and ability to execute
- Familiarity with SuiteProjects Pro/OpenAir, NetSuite, and Salesforce a plus.
- Previous experience supporting a Professional Services organization is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
