Who we are looking for:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Analyst to join our growing Information Security Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a problem-solving mindset who is passionate about cybersecurity and eager to grow their skills across both cloud and on-prem environments. You’ll help implement and maintain security tooling, support secure architecture and networking practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and tune security tools (WAF, EDR, Vulnerability scanners, etc).
- Support incident response and investigation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide security guidance on application architecture and networking.
- Help develop and maintain documentation for security processes and controls.
- Participate in security reviews, risk assessments, and threat modeling exercises.
- Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.

Our Vilnius office is in the modern K29 business center, easily accessed via bus, but we also offer bike storage. This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 3 days per week.
What We Expect:
- Foundational knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, routing).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).
- Basic understanding of Linux and Windows OS security.
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native security tools.
- Experience working with API’s and data transformation.
- Knowledge of container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc).
- Relevant certifications (Security+, AWS/Azure/GCP foundational, CEH, CCNA Security, etc).
- Exposure to security tools such as WAF, EDR, Vulnerability scanning, etc.
- Experience experimenting with AI frameworks.
