Adlook is looking for a Salesforce Administrator with strong Business Analyst skills to join our Revenue Operations team. If you’re passionate about Salesforce optimization, process automation, and data integrity—and can also partner closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into solutions—this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Salesforce Administration & Optimization: oversee system health, user management, and platform scalability
- Customization & Configuration: manage custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, flows, profiles, and permissions
- Automation & Process Optimization: design and implement automations
- Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement: partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive adoption and maximize value
- Sales & Marketing Tech Integration: collaborate with Revenue Operations and other teams to integrate Salesforce with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and BI platforms
- Data Management & Reporting: ensure data accuracy, build actionable dashboards and reports, and maintain system security and compliance
- Project Leadership: lead Salesforce enhancement projects, implement best practices, and support strategic initiatives
