As a Lead Product Designer for our AI Agents team, you will take a systems-oriented approach to define the vision for creating a best-in-class AI automation platform. You will drive product innovation focusing on our next generation of agentic solutions while continuously improving our existing creation and management experience for AI Agents. You will collaborate closely with other designers in the space to ensure an optimal and consistent end-to-end experience. Your role will be critical to the success and adoption of the AI agents product mission and help solidify Zendesk as a leading and differentiated AI-powered customer service automation platform.
You will get to collaborate mostly with teams in Portugal, Germany, Denmark and Poland but also distributed teams in AMER and APAC.
