About the Role:
Our business is expanding, and we seek a .NET Team Leader to help us improve Altium products.
Type of contract: Permanent / Umowa o pracę.
A Day in the Life of Our Team Leader:
- Effective Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Supervise design: Ensure technical feasibility and supervise the design of developed features.
- Guide and coach: Write (around 60% of the time) and review code, providing constructive feedback to team members.

Our hybrid schedule
Our global hybrid model allows employees to work remotely two days per week. Our designated In-Office Days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This is when we come together in-person as a team to collaborate, learn from one another, and accelerate innovation. Some exceptions apply.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Seasoned Expertise: Min. 3 years of team and project leadership and 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Technical Proficiency:
- Senior level of C# (.NET Framework, .NET Core).
- Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations.
- Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with GitHub.
- Getting Things Done: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CAD Know-how: Familiarity with CAD tools will be highly regarded, further enhancing your potential contributions to our team.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal, within a professional environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding.
