The EBAM Consultant will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of EBAM solutions within the organization's Treasury and Banking environment. The role focuses on automating bank account management processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and improving visibility over global banking structures. The consultant will work closely with Treasury, IT, and Finance teams to streamline workflows for opening, modifying, and closing bank accounts while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Implement and configure EBAM solutions (SAP, Kyriba, or other platforms) to support end-to-end bank account management processes.

Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Banking teams to define business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

Ensure bank account master data accuracy, authorization controls, and proper approval workflows.

Manage integrations between EBAM systems and banks (via SWIFT or host-to-host connections).

Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and governance standards.

Support testing, training, and go-live activities for new EBAM functionalities.

Provide ongoing production support and process improvement recommendations.

MUST

Hands-on experience with Electronic Bank Account Management (EBAM) solutions.

Strong understanding of Treasury processes, bank account lifecycle management, and banking compliance.

Knowledge of SWIFT messaging and electronic banking integrations.

Experience in SAP Treasury or TMS platforms (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, or Reval).

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management.

Familiarity with bank connectivity platforms (SWIFT Alliance, BCM, MultiCash, etc.).

Knowledge of payment factory or cash management solutions.

Exposure to global banking regulations and internal control frameworks (SOX, KYC, AML).

Background in process automation or RPA for Treasury functions.
