Your future team
We have recently started a journey towards using AI at scale, general digitalization, automation and better use of data – and this is where your abilities come into play. You will join the AI CoE team and work at the forefront of AI and machine learning. This role reports to the Team Lead of the AI CoE based in Poland with most of the team in Poznan office. You will work closely with teams from Denmark, Poland and Malaysia and be an integral part of a larger global Data & AI team.
What you will be doing
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with Machine Learning, Generative AI and software development experience. In this role, you will work closely with Data Scientists, ML engineers, Data Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop and deploy custom AI products and analytics solutions at ROCKWOOL. You will be part of a growing team that focuses on developing custom AI products & LLM solutions. The role requires a blend of technical and communication skills. More concretely, you will have the following responsibilities:
