SAP Authorization Consultant

• Degree in (business) information technology or comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in SAP Identity & Access Management (IAM) and SAP authorization management (SAP S/4HANA, Fiori)
• In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC, PFCG, SUIM, as well as knowledge of cloud technologies, SAP BTP, and Cloud Identity Services
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable, audit-proof authorization concepts
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and map them in a practical way
• Confident use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Clear, empathetic, and goal-oriented communication on an equal footing with IT colleagues and specialist departments
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work with high quality standards
• Enjoy taking on responsibility and constantly familiarizing yourself with new technologies and topics
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Planning, development, and maintenance of SAP role and authorization concepts (SAP S/4HANA and Fiori)
• Administration and control of user and access rights in the SAP system environment
• Analysis of complex business processes and translation into audit-proof and practical authorization solutions
• Implementation and monitoring of security guidelines, SoD checks, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR)
• Close cooperation with the SAP Competence Center, specialist departments, and external partners
• Active participation in projects, e.g., SAP Cloud Migration
• Documentation of authorization processes and continuous improvement of security measures
