The Team

The MPP engineering team is responsible for development and maintenance of a large-scale trading system handling all US equity and fixed income OTC trading. The majority of the team is located in the US, but we also have members in Europe.

Organisation

MPP Engineering is part of Index & Analytics Engineering. For our global customers, we build, deliver, and maintain several products and services. We work in small agile project teams collaborating with other teams in our global tech organization. Within our team, we have members spread across Sweden, Lithuania, the UK and the US.

Index & Analytics Engineering acts like a small company in that we are responsible for the complete development lifecycle. We do everything from pre-sales, customer requirements, planning, design & architecture to development & testing, delivery/deployment, customer training, and ongoing 24/7 support within the team. We have an extremely flat organization where everyone works together to achieve our goals. Everyone is encouraged to contribute on equal terms.

As the Test Automation specialist in the team, you're main responsibilities are:
  • Quality assurance of our system using our automated test tools (Selenium, Blaze and our own inhouse tools) as well as manual testing where needed.
  • Test preparation and documentation - responsible for developing test plans, implementing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • To build and evolve our test automation tools.

If you are a dedicated engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology and quality assurance, have experience in delivering impactful software solutions, and are eager to grow within a dynamic team environment, we want to hear from you. You will join our growing Engineering team in Vilnius.
