Overview:

As a Product Manager at Precisely, you’ll be a member of our product management team playing a contributor role in the successful expansion of our customer engagement products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and prioritizing feature requirements, tracking and analyzing product performance metrics, and developing go-to-market strategies for new features and capabilities. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior product leaders to define feature requirements, track and analyze product performance metrics, and contribute to go-to-market strategies for new features and capabilities. Your role will involve collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation, boost market adoption, and achieve targeted business outcomes. This position is ideal for someone ready to take the next step from associate to full product manager responsibilities.

What you will do:

  • Support execution of a portion of the Engage innovation plan by working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver assigned initiatives.
  • Assist in feature prioritization by gathering and analyzing market research, customer feedback, and business objectives under guidance from senior team members.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to share updates, capture feedback, and help identify adjustments to plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to contribute to go-to-market activities for new features.
  • Track and report on product analytics and performance indicators, and help identify opportunities for incremental improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Engage in peer collaboration and knowledge sharing to build product management skills and support team success.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, marketing or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of Product Management experience.
  • Demonstrable understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and progress to various stakeholder personas including executive leadership.
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, generate meaningful insights, make data-informed decisions, and articulate reasoning to peers and senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of software deployment models – Cloud (SaaS, Hosted Managed Services), On-Prem; Technology stacks (operating systems, databases); APIs; and secure user authentication mechanism (Single Sign On).
