- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Azure (Storage/ADLS Gen2, Azure Databricks, IAM/Azure AD basics)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling basics
- Python basics (working with data, notebooks, libraries like Pandas)
- Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data lake/lakehouse, Parquet/Delta formats
- Ability to work with Databricks (notebooks, jobs) and/or willingness to learn through training platforms
- Git basics (branch, commit, PR) and best teamwork practices
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently, proactively, and assertively, along with a commitment to teamwork and adaptability to new situations and deadlines.
