Job Description
As a Nordic-speaking Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix, you are responsible for assisting our customers in one of the Nordic languages Swedish, Danish or Norwegian, through inbound/outbound phone calls as well as possible email and chat functions depending on the client you represent. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Start date: Multiple start dates during 2025
Working hours: Work in 8,5 h shifts, this can include both weekdays and weekends
Location: Work from home within the Baltic region or from one of our offices! These include Riga, Tallinn, Tartu and Daugavpils.

You must be fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and have a good command of English as we will handle both Swedish, Norwegian and Danish markets. Other than that, we'd love for you to be a flexible and dynamic addition to our team.
