The role ✨

Stuart is transforming last-mile delivery by connecting businesses to a fleet of geolocated couriers. Our platform offers versatile delivery solutions to some of the biggest brands out there. As we scale our business and tackle new challenges, we're seeking a talented Product Data Analyst to harness the power of data and help shape our products while driving business impact.

What will I be doing? πŸ€”: Perform in-depth analyses of product performance and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights. Design and execute experiments, analyzing results to guide decision-making and validate hypotheses. Define, implement, and monitor key metrics to measure product success and operational efficiency. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to empower stakeholders with accessible insights. Support cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Operations) by delivering tailored analyses aligned with business objectives. Leverage SQL and Python to process, interpret, and extract value from large datasets.

What do we need from you? 😎: 2+ years of experience in data analytics or product analytics, with a track record of delivering impactful insights. Proficiency in SQL and prior experience with Python for data analysis (e.g., pandas, numpy). Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Superset or similar. Experience designing experiments and analyzing outcomes to support data-driven decisions. Proven ability to define and track meaningful metrics for product and business performance. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and able to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
