The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior UX Writer to help our customers manage their research at scale and turn insights into action. You’ll work closely with Design, Product, Engineering, and AI teams to bring clarity to complexity and ensure our language is as seamless and intelligent as the experiences we create. As part of the UX Writing team, you'll design with systems, empathy, and clarity. You'll shape product narratives, simplify complex concepts, and drive alignment between content, design, and business strategy. This role can be based in Barcelona, or remote from anywhere in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Craft clear, consistent, and human-centered UI content that helps users complete complex tasks with confidence
  • Define and maintain content standards, naming conventions, and governance models that ensure consistency across the end-to-end experience
  • Collaborate with Design, Product, and Engineering to ensure clarity and cohesion across an evolving, complex platform
  • Contribute to strategic discussions with Design, Product Management, and Marketing to align content with the product vision and roadmap
  • Conduct UX research to test designs and terminology, analyzing user feedback and activity and articulating the results back to product leadership to drive action
  • Design clear, transparent language that helps users interpret, trust, and act on human and AI-generated findings
  • Craft content frameworks and information architectures for user experiences that facilitate user navigation
  • Develop and document content principles that ensure consistency, ethical communication, and transparency in AI-driven experience
  • Establish tone, terminology, and labeling conventions that clarify what’s human-created, AI-assisted, and data-derived

This role can be based in Barcelona, or remote from anywhere in Spain.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience designing content for complex SaaS or enterprise platforms, especially those with AI-driven or data-rich capabilities
  • Ability to lead projects autonomously, operating with high ownership to drive clarity and alignment across teams from concept to release
  • Expertise in conversational design and information architecture, with a systems-thinking mindset that connects decisions to user actions
  • Exquisite written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate rationale, guide discussions, and influence strategy through language.
  • Skilled at translating technical and abstract concepts into clear, human-centered language that builds trust, understanding, and drives action
  • Comfortable collaborating across disciplines, leading end-to-end content across the product lifecycle
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to feedback and iteration, embracing curiosity, experimentation and continuous learning
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred

  • Ability to prototype user experiences to illustrate content workflows
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design best practices
  • Experience creating or maintaining content governance frameworks
  • Familiarity with content management and localization tools (e.g., Phrase, POEditor).
  • Professional working fluency in French, German, or Spanish
  • Experience working with LLMs and familiarity with prompting best practices for AI
