- Support project workshops and interviews with German users during the assessment phase.
- Act as a linguistic and cultural bridge between the local team and the central PLM team (German ↔ English).
- Contribute to the documentation and translation of business requirements.
- Assist in preparing training materials (slides, user guides, documentation) in German.
- Deliver end-user training sessions and support the roll-out and adoption of the PLM solution.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluent in German (native or C1/C2 level).
- Good command of English and Polish.
- Knowledge of Italian will be a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to capture, summarize, and convey complex information clearly.
- Availability for occasional travel to Germany (if required).
- Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per week.
