Job Purpose:
To ensure quality continuous support of Autodesk Learning Partner programs and maintain and improve all administration aspects of programs
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for first line support of program within 3 day KPI
- Manage escalations to resolution
- Generation and Distribution of all renewal processes from central tea
- New Applications – Once passed by Sales team, process through to onboarding
- License renewal management
- Creation and Maintenance of Global Reporting Requirements
- Coordinating with PSM and Support Team members to ensure quality level of service at all times
- Escalation of issues to Management and others, and management of issue to resolution

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Highly numerate
- Time management and prioritizing skills
- Good communication skills
- Very good level of English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Interpersonal Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Programme and Competition would be an advantage
