A BI Manager leads the design and delivery of enterprise BI solutions across multiple domains, including HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Client domains. This senior-level role combines technical depth with strategic oversight, ensuring scalable, governed, and high-performing analytics. The role also includes mentoring junior developers and driving consistency in KPI frameworks and semantic modeling.

Concentrix is a great match if you: * Ability to speak English fluently. * Advanced SQL: Expertise in complex query design including window functions, subqueries, and CTEs. * BI Tools: Deep proficiency in Domo and at least two additional platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). * Dimensional Modeling: Strong command of Kimball and Inmon methodologies. * Semantic Layer Design: Skilled in building reusable, governed datasets and calculated fields. * Security & Governance: Experience implementing granular access controls and aligning with enterprise governance. * Automation: Ability to set up refresh schedules, alerts, and exception logic. * Mentorship: Proven ability to coach and guide junior developers through technical and architectural challenges.
