Role profile:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Data & Analytics (D&A) Division at London Stock Exchange Group as a Programme Management Office (PMO) Analyst, providing vital cross-portfolio support to the Transformation D&A team. You will enable the effective delivery of strategic initiatives by ensuring strong governance, data integrity, and process alignment. This includes maintaining high-quality programme data, optimising Clarity tooling and reporting, and promoting consistent communication and training across the portfolio. ROLE SUMMARY:

  • Governance & Reporting
    • Partners with the portfolios to support the preparation of materials for governance forums, including Portfolio Boards and Monthly Business Reviews
    • Ensures timely and accurate reporting by applying governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of programme deliverables, and providing RAG trend analysis
    • Assists with the monitoring of the portfolio roadmaps and applies change management processes, policies, and best practices
    • Tracks and reports actions through to closure
  • Project Management Tools and System Support
    • Maintains accurate and complete project and programme data in Project Management Tools, covering milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, output goals, and financials
    • Validates Clarity Change Control requests to ensure accurate tracking, transparency of key changes, and full auditability
    • Supports the rollout of new Clarity features and provides feedback on system functionality and user experience
    • Assists in troubleshooting and resolving data quality issues identified in dashboards or by stakeholders
  • Process and Training Enablement
    • Coordinates and delivers process and Clarity training sessions for new joiners, existing team members, and the broader programme community where required
    • Serves as the primary point of contact for queries related to PMO processes and Clarity tooling, providing guidance and troubleshooting support
  • Communication Flow
    • Facilitates clear and consistent communication across workstreams, ensuring alignment on priorities, deadlines, and reporting expectations
    • Disseminates key updates and keeps stakeholders informed of any changes to processes or governance requirements

Compensation Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł96,900 - zł161,500. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential * Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail and the ability to complete work packages in a timely manner * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicates with clarity and precision, presenting complex / technical information in a concise format that is audience appropriate * Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders, while being willing and able to challenge constructively where required. Effectively overcome challenges and able to position alternatives to drive forward delivery * Demonstrates resilience in overcoming obstacles and effectively positions alternatives to drive delivery forward * Familiar with project management methodologies to manage project resources and activities * Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel * Experience in a PMO or project support role using project management tools * Educated to degree level or equivalent

Preferred * Clarity and / Asana project management tooling experience * PowerBI user and reporting experience * Transformation and Change Management experience, supporting a large number of projects * Purchase Ordering Systems * Experience in large investment banking or financial services organisations would be advantageous * Background in data support, data maintenance roles
