Mission:

Manage and motivate FTS teams, providing technical and administrative support to deliver professional and efficient service to our clients.

Main functions and responsibilities:

The main responsibility of a Team Leader is to guide their team to achieve their full potential. A successful team leader must understand the strengths and weaknesses of each team member so that tasks can be assigned accordingly and maximum efficiency can be achieved from the team.

  • Control and manage technical performance.
  • Develop a strategy to achieve objectives.
  • Supervise and evaluate the quality of FST repair.
  • Work on customer relations.
  • Supervise the management of Contracts – Support and Authorization.
  • Support the acquisition and control of spare parts and LRPUs.
  • Support Coordinators in Planning.
  • Advise on and request specific training for your team.
  • Provide technical support to FTS via Video/Call/Jira. If necessary, support is in person.
  • Provide advice in case replacement forklifts are required.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members.
  • Provide technical validation for workshop repair.
  • Be a field technician (30% TL vs. 70%) (avg. 5 FST).

Training, knowledge & Experience:

Higher Degree (FP2) in Electricity/Electronics and/or Mechanics or more than 5 years of experience in technical service and maintenance.

Non-regulated training/Languages/Specific knowledge:

  • Thermal engines.
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Robotics.
  • Team management.
