You will play a pivotal role in supporting the administration and analytics of compensation and benefits programs across all regions as a member of the Central Total Rewards Operational Team. This role focuses on administrative and operational support across compensation platforms, job profile management, and data integrity processes, which will enable regional Total Rewards teams to focus on strategic initiatives.
