You will build internal tools, experiments, and systems that help the company iterate faster every single week.

This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Lisbon or full-remote from anywhere in the world.

YOUR MISSION 🚀
Your mission: build, ship, and iterate on tools and systems that turn complex business needs into scalable solutions. You develop data-driven solutions, from internal tools to experimentation pipelines, enabling fast iteration, clear insights, and continuous improvement across the company.
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Design and Build Scalable Automations Design and develop internal tools, services, and integrations using modern full-stack technologies, automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier), and custom code Build robust, production-ready workflows with complex business logic, data transformations, and reliable error handling Own the full development lifecycle from identifying opportunities and designing solutions to shipping, monitoring, and continuously improving them
Build & Own Product Integrations and Internal Services Design and implement API-driven integrations (REST, Webhooks, OAuth, GraphQL) to connect products, data, and business workflows — even when no off-the-shelf solution exists Build, deploy, and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and services — choosing between open-source, self-hosted solutions, or custom development based on impact and speed Create lightweight backend services and APIs that bridge gaps between no-code tools and production systems, enabling faster experimentation and iteration
Data Architecture & Ops Systems Design robust data structures in PostgreSQL, Notion, or relational DBs Structure operational systems that scale with the team’s growth Manage Custom APP to to aggregate and highlights important KPIs
Workflow Optimization & Reliability Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and improve existing automations Ensure error handling, monitoring, and graceful failure mechanisms Refactor systems when needed to support scale or new use cases
Documentation & Handoff Document everything: workflows, data models, dependencies, permissions Ensure every automation is clear, easy to use, and maintainable by others Educate teams and anticipate misuse or edge cases with thoughtful UX flows

- Product Integrations & Data Flows: Designing APIs and event-driven flows that connect products, tools, and data to enable fast iteration, experimentation, and reliable insights
