Job Summary

The client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to take their operational framework to the next level. This role offers a unique opportunity to refine and enhance their existing processes, ensuring consistency and proactively implementing improvements. The ideal candidate will streamline their project delivery, fostering seamless coordination between their development and product teams to consistently meet sprint goals.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and Communication:
  • Translate product direction into comprehensive technical requirements on Jira, ensuring clarity for the development team
  • Serve as a crucial liaison between technical and product teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Continuously assess and refine existing processes to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery
  • Implement and maintain consistent project management practices across the organization
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in the current workflow and propose innovative solutions
• Project Execution and Collaboration:
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful alignment of stakeholders and achievement of sprint goals
  • Proactively identify and address bottlenecks, challenges, or discrepancies during sprint execution
• Technical Leadership:
  • Lead daily development standups, holding the team accountable for delivery and providing regular updates to the CEO
  • Maintain product documentation on Jira including achievements, sprint objectives, and scope
  • Collaborate closely with the CPO to align business objectives with sprint goals demonstrating a strategic approach
  • Own milestones and enhance accountability within the engineering team

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Proven expertise in effectively managing technical projects with Jira, coupled with experience in documenting progress using Confluence
• Experience in holding brainstorming sessions/workshops on whiteboard apps like miro
• Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable sprint objectives, demonstrating a strategic mindset
• Exceptional proficiency in documenting technical requirements, emphasizing clear objectives, scope, and achievements
• Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling the successful alignment of stakeholders and the achievement of sprint goals
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a talent for proactive issue identification and resolution
