Where and how we work? We currently have teams based in Malta, Lisbon (PT), Sofia (BG), London (UK) and Bucharest (RO). Our hybrid work model encourages regular in-person collaboration while also allowing flexibility to work remotely.
Long story short, you will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders, the person will coordinate across teams, manage risks, and provide clear updates to ensure transparency and alignment.
The ideal candidate is adept at navigating ambiguity, proactively mitigating risks, and coordinating across diverse stakeholders to maintain momentum and clarity in execution. This role requires a proactive and structured approach, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving to drive successful project outcomes.
