Your role at Hostinger
Kodee is our AI assistant that guides and assists customers every single day - from troubleshooting issues to walking them through routine tasks - serving almost 4 million Hostinger clients around the globe.
We’re weaving the chatbot directly into agent workflows with AI-powered ticket summaries, smart suggestions, and automated resolutions that supercharge productivity.
You’ll join the Chatbots Team to both expand Kodee’s capabilities and drive this deep Kodee integration, turning great support into lightning-fast, customer-oriented, AI-powered support.

What You Will Do:
- Design & ship new features for Kodee, Customer Success platform as well as related tools
- Own service architecture decisions, delivering reliable, scalable code
- Integrate Kodee with systems across Product, Customer Success and more
- Continuously improve performance, observability, CI/CD, and developer experience
- Collaborate with Chatbots team and other top engineers on cutting-edge LLM-based projects
- Share knowledge and elevate coding standards across the team

Gross salary 4000 - 7600 Eur/month (specific compensation is offered based on work experience, competence and compliance with other job requirements).
- Strong experience with Python as well as knowledge about most common framworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask, etc.)
- Experience in AI, LLMs integrations, and/or process automation solutions
- Proven ability to design and consume high-throughput REST APIs
- Familiarity with scalable, containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
- High curiosity to stay up to date with the state of the art of the fast-moving AI field
Nice to have:
- Some PHP knowledge is a plus (services outside of team's scope use PHP extensively)
- Knowledge on observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Terraform knowledge
- Event-driven architecture experience
- Mentoring or technical leadership background
