Your Day-to-Day:
- Be a part of team which maintaining hundreds of servers around the globe.
- Maintain multiple Kubernetes clusters and ensure availability.
- Work on infrastructure arrangement, capacity planning, performance optimization.
- Be responsible for managing various databases - SQL, NoSQL and etc..
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Automate everything or as many things as possible.
- Work together with PMs and Development team to find the best technological solutions.
- New ideas & projects are always welcomed!
What’s in store for you:
You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:
- 6PB+ Ceph storage
- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems
- 300k+ service requests/sec processed
- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed
Gross salary from 4500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.

Your skills & experience:
- Strong Linux skills, including troubleshooting and programming.
- Familiarity with some of these technologies: Microservices, Kafka, Nginx, MySQL, Valkey, HAProxy, Prometheus.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/Helm/ArgoCD.
- Hands-on experience with automation and servers provisioning tools (preferably Ansible and OpenTofu).
- Excellent proactive, responsibility and ownership skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with big databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with critical web systems (you know what HA actually means).
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery/continuous deployment (Gitlab CI/CD).
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Knowledge of how network technologies work (DNS, IPv4, IPv6, BGP, routing, bridging, etc.).
