Role & Division overview:

At Nasdaq, our Customer Services team plays a key role in improving the client experience and driving business success. As a Data Integration Specialist, you will own the onboarding of new and existing customers to our Trade Surveillance SaaS platform. This includes managing stakeholders, performing hands-on technical integrations, and ensuring smooth data testing and setup. What You Will Do:
  • Lead client onboarding from post-sales to launch, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored project plans.
  • Guide customers through Nasdaq Data Specifications, data mapping, and quality testing.
  • Configure applications based on client needs and handle launch documentation and change requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, analysts, development) to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Provide regular project updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong experience with Unix/Linux commands and regular expressions.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, including Equities, Futures, Options, and OTC products like Forex and Fixed Income.
  • Familiarity with trading protocols (e.g., FIX, Omnet) and version control tools like GIT.
  • Clear and professional communication across all levels.
