About the role:
We are looking for a Product Designer with strong product sense and a hands-on approach, who loves to dig into products, understand user needs, and craft solutions for complex B2B and analytical workflows.
In this role you will:
- Design end-to-end product experiences for eco-system of products.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities and translate requirements into intuitive, effective design solutions.
- Work on analytical dashboards - understand metrics, visualize complex data, and create flows that help users make sense of information quickly.
- Own small features independently, including ideation, prototyping, and handoff to engineers.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve product adoption.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Balance product vision and data - use analytics to inform design decisions and iterate based on user feedback and usage metrics.
