Purpose of the role
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

As a Vice President Change Delivery Manager, you will lead key transformation initiatives across the Reward function, driving automation, improving the colleague experience, and strengthening regulatory compliance through technology. You will take ownership of specific deliverables within a broader programme of work across the HR change team. You will gather business context, support solution design, collaborate closely with HR Technology on build activity, and manage change impacts across multiple releases.
You will work within a complex, large‑scale environment, forming strong partnerships with HR Technology, HR SMEs, Consistently Excellent (CX) & Analytics, and wider HR experts. You will bring exceptional relationship‑building skills and the ability to translate technical information into clear, meaningful insights for diverse stakeholder groups. Your success will stem from your proven background in delivering change at scale. You will engage senior stakeholders, build alignment across teams, and drive delivery momentum to ensure that change initiatives land effectively and deliver measurable value to the organisation.
Your role will be located from our London or Glasgow office.
To be successful as a Change Delivery Manager 12 Months Fixed Term Contract, you should have experience with:
Proven experience delivering change in large, complex organisations, with the ability to manage end‑to‑end change activity across multiple workstreams.
Strong stakeholder and relationship‑management skills, with the capability to influence senior leaders and bring diverse groups together to solve problems.
Demonstrable understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, including practical experience using tools such as Jira.
Excellent project governance capability, ensuring delivery disciplines, controls, and risk management are consistently maintained.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, meaningful insights and work effectively with HR Technology, SMEs and cross‑functional teams.
