IT Business Analyst - Tax Technology​

Our Tax Technology team deals with creating and implementing advanced IT solutions that support a wide range of business and tax calculation processes. We are a globally distributed team with members from various locations. We are looking for candidates with passion who would like to join our team in Katowice. Responsibilities:

• Gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements and translating them to implementation specifications
• Taking responsibility for planning and reporting on the status of Features allocated to our Backlog
• Effective communication and alignment of plans with all stakeholders
• Collaborating with subject-matter experts and developers during Feature delivery
• Working closely with Development, Design and Quality Teams to ensure the quality of delivered software
• Supporting integration teams during client on-boarding
• Keeping project documentation up to date
• Training users and presenting software functionality

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst
• The ability to analyze the needs and functional requirements of the client
• Fluent English communication both in speaking and writing
• Excellent communication skills, that will help you to work both with business users and technical developers
• Experience in working in an IT environment – knowing and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Analytical thinking, positive energy, proactivity, „I can do” attitude
• Teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a team as well as in a scattered environment

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar platform
• Knowledge in various project management frameworks (ex: Kanban, Scrum)
