Staff Product Manager, Integrations

This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the integrations strategy for a rapidly scaling SaaS platform. You will own the end-to-end vision for strategic integrations with key HR and finance systems, ensuring seamless, plug-and-play experiences that simplify customer workflows. Working across multiple product teams and external partners, you will prioritize initiatives that balance immediate customer needs with long-term scalability. This position requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence, all while operating autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Accountabilities:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key integrations, aligning short-term delivery with long-term scalability.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams across partnerships, sales, product, and customer success to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Lead discovery and evaluation of customer problems, ensuring solutions are feasible, desirable, and viable.
  • Drive complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Define success metrics, track performance against OKRs, and continuously improve integration experiences.
  • Influence roadmap priorities and secure stakeholder buy-in across multiple teams and business units.
  • Operate autonomously in ambiguous environments, balancing technical debt, competing priorities, and rapid delivery.

Requirements:

  • 6–8+ years of product management experience in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environments.
  • Deep technical knowledge of APIs, domain-driven design, integration patterns, and platform architecture.
  • Proven experience building and scaling complex integrations that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to prioritize based on strategic value and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-team initiatives and influencing stakeholders across engineering, design, and business functions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Skilled at working with ambiguity, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making.
  • Strong UX/UI sensibility with the ability to simplify complex integration experiences for end-users.
