Fullstack Java Developer (GCP)

• 6+ years of experience as a Backend/Fullstack Developer
• A proven track record of delivering large-scale web applications in full-stack roles with microservice-based architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of Java (Java 17+ preferred) along with Spring/Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform products is a must.
• Experience in working with relational databases/data warehouses (e.g., PostgreSQL, BiqQuery, AlloyDB)
• Experience in working with Git and SCM systems (e.g. GitHub)
• Experience in data visualisation (using tools like Apache ECharts) will be an advantage.
• Understanding of CI/CD, e.g., Jenkins
• Natural desire to share knowledge with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy way.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as part of a cross-country team to design, develop, test, and implement web-based applications.
• Support the Data and Insights team in migrating the current reporting suite from vendor BI technology to the cloud.
• Mentor other team members, providing guidance and knowledge transfer to facilitate smooth technology stack change.
• Follow IT development methodologies, corporate information security aligned to the product owner's vision, to ensure successful delivery with strict adherence to coding practices and the production of all necessary documentation
