Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years working with ServiceNow (strong hands-on experience with AppEngine, custom/scoped applications, and Flow Designer). 
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA/SCA) – mandatory. 
• Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and execution. 
• Good understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD (knowledge of S2P is an advantage). 
• Experience with automated testing approaches and quality assurance practices is a plus. 
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multinational or matrixed environments. 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail and quality focus. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories aligned with Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Partner with developers and architects to design and validate scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct UAT planning, test case creation, and validation of delivered functionality.
• Ensure compliance with platform governance, security, and performance standards.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base updates related to AppEngine workflows and enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.
