Project Manager
The Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the delivery of engineering and technology projects by ensuring effective coordination and execution of tasks. This role focuses on maintaining accurate project plans, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing risks and issues to keep projects on track. The position emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and continuous improvement to enhance project outcomes.
General Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and status reports
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Regularly communicates and presents project schedules, statuses, and updates to various team members and bringing solutions/opportunities
- Track and update changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Assists in performing risk management to minimize project risks
