Senior Technical Product Manager - REMOTE

In this role, you will take charge of the evolution of our technical product, closely collaborating with developers, partners, and stakeholders. Your expertise in APIs and payment processes will directly impact how our platform grows. You'll be accountable for product development, optimizing payment flows, and enhancing tools essential for our partners. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while ensuring you maintain a strong connection with the team.
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the development of our REST API, ensuring optimal usability for partners and integrators
- Guide the evolution of payment processes using Stripe, optimizing existing flows and introducing new payment methods
- Drive the improvement of partner and administration interfaces, central tools for daily operations
- Act as a point of contact for customers and partners seeking API integration, translating requirements into actionable features
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog in close collaboration with the Head of Product and senior developers
- Work closely with key account management, project leaders, and development teams
- Lead projects independently within your area of responsibility
- Monitor the technical product landscape and identify optimization potentials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably with a technical focus
- Understanding of REST APIs and webhooks, capable of reading API documentation and defining use cases
- Experience working with payment providers (Stripe, Adyen, or similar) and an understanding of payment process complexities
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or platform environments, understanding multi-stakeholder dynamics
- Proficient with Jira or comparable project management tools
- Familiar with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
- Fluent in German
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
