Sr. Project Manager (Remote)

In this role, you will act as the overall delivery authority and single point of accountability for critical programs. Your leadership will drive agile execution and performance management, ensuring efficiency and quality while addressing client needs. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and security. Emphasizing a hands-on approach, you will translate policy into actionable outcomes while maintaining high standards in compliance and governance.
Accountabilities:
- Provide end-to-end program management under a Firm-Fixed-Price model, ensuring performance against cost, schedule, and quality objectives
- Serve as primary point of contact with stakeholders, promoting effective communication, status meetings, and executive briefings
- Develop, maintain, and execute the Program Management Plan and delivery cadence, facilitating reporting and acceptance of deliverables
- Establish and manage the integrated backlog, sprint plans, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with acceptance criteria
- Oversee delivery across core functional areas, focusing on continuous process improvement and automation, along with compliance standards
- Drive continuous monitoring modernization by leveraging data from security tools and coordinate risk governance activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 7+ years of program management experience in security operations or equivalent
- Active PMI PMP, PgMP, or PMI-RMP certification
- Active CISSP, CISM, or comparable cybersecurity leadership certification
- Hands-on leadership of federal cybersecurity risk management programs
- Fluent knowledge of agile development methodologies and sprint-based delivery
- Experience with program artifacts and translating policy into executable playbooks
