Functional Lead Clarity Support | f/m/d

The Project Portfolio Management Data & Reporting team is responsible for developing, setup, roll-out, maintain, change the Global PPM Asset for the management of IT Demand and Project Portfolios. The team, amongst others, makes sure to assist and support integration with other systems according to the TOM Architecture/Business & Application Model.

How you will get the job done

• owning and steering the functional roadmap and strategic evolution of the Group-wide Clarity PPM platform
• leading cross-entity harmonisation of structures, processes, objects, taxonomies, and reporting models
• ensuring integration and data integrity of project, portfolio, resource, and financial information across all Group units
• serving as senior functional interface for Clarity PPM with Group IT, PMOs, Finance, HR, and transformation teams
• driving functional design for enhancements, integrations, data models, and system simplification
• facilitating requirement circles and alignment with senior stakeholders across ERGO, Munich Re, and MEAG
• defining and governing platform standards, templates, guidelines, and functional policies
• managing vendor collaboration for functional improvements and ensuring SLA quality
• promoting user-centric design, lifecycle optimization, and continuous improvement
• providing expert guidance and knowledge enablement to regional and global Clarity users

• fluent in English
• extensive experience in PPM tooling, enterprise portfolio management, or governance in large multinational environments
• proven functional leadership across multiple countries, entities, or business units
• strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking capabilities
• ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority; excellent communication skills
• experience with enterprise-wide tooling transformations, harmonization, or IT portfolio frameworks
• solid understanding of portfolio processes (demand, prioritization, resource mgmt., financials, reporting)
• proficiency in MS Office; experience with Clarity or comparable PPM tools is a strong asset
• German language knowledge is an advantage
