Senior CRM & M365 Developer

• Min. 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and related modules). 
• Strong expertise in Power Platform, including Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps. 
• Proven experience in designing, configuring, and extending CRM using JavaScript, C#, plugins, and custom workflow activities. 
• Experience with integration patterns and cloud-based solutions. 
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members, promoting best engineering practices. 
• Strong understanding of building scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions. 
• Knowledge of user experience principles and intuitive interface design within CRM. 
• Ability to work independently while providing strategic oversight. 

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deliver complex customizations and integrations for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. 
• Lead Power Platform solution design and architecture within the squad. 
• Develop advanced Model-Driven Apps (tables, columns, forms, views, business rules, security roles). 
• Design and implement complex Power Automate cloud flows and integrations. 
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and define CRM development best practices. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform updates, recommending and implementing new features where appropriate. 
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all CRM solutions.
