Product Designer

As our next Product Designer, you’ll own the design quality of features from discovery through to delivery. This is a hands-on role where you’ll run your own design process within a squad. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Content Designers to improve or launch features that deliver real value for customers and trades. Strong craft, clear thinking and a practical approach will help you balance speed with quality.

Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:

  • Delivering high-quality design from discovery to implementation within your squad.
  • Owning a feature or improving an existing experience end-to-end.
  • Designing intuitive, accessible flows using our design system and brand guidelines.
  • Creating interactive prototypes to test ideas and validate solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with PMs, Engineers, Researchers and Analysts to frame problems and deliver outcomes.
  • Presenting your work clearly, explaining your thinking and design rationale.
  • Contributing to the evolution of your product area and the team's ways of working.
