Senior Full Stack (Java+Kotlin+React) Developer

Full-stack professionals build the front-end and back-end design of websites and software applications. They create design plans for the user-facing side of applications, which controls look, feel, and function.
They also structure the back part of an application, which manages programme logic and server database interaction. A Senior full-stack professional is trained to understand what is going on between these two interfaces and possesses the variety of software skills needed to work on both. People with a strong desire to learn a multitude of technologies and programming languages with a can-do attitude will thrive in this role. Full-stack professionals are problem-solvers, working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment alongside other engineers.
FULL STACK DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement backend services using Kotlin or Java.
- Collaborate with frontend developers or implement frontend features in React.
- Develop APIs and integrate with front-end and third-party systems.
- Participate in proof of concepts (PoCs) and assist in complex feature development.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security of backend systems.
- Write unit and integration tests for backend components.
- Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth deployments.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of experience.
- Graduate of a systems engineering degree or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin or Java.
- Experience with Quarkus or Spring Boot frameworks.
- Strong experience with React, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks, and responsive design principles.
- Experience integrating React with backend APIs (REST and GraphQL).
- Strong knowledge of micro-frontends.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with Reactive Programming paradigms.
- Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
- Strong knowledge of microservices and API design.
- Knowledge of frontend build tools, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools for coding.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
